If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, be aware that a cancellation fee may apply. Should you find any issues after our cleaners have left, you have 24 hours to notify us, and we will dispatch a cleaner or a supervisor to re-clean the specified area at no additional charge in the next 24 hours.

Koller Cleaning has insurance and Bond. We're protected up to 1 million dollars.

You don't need to buy cleaning supplies, our cleaners will bring all supplies and equipment.

You can give cash directly to your cleaner or add it to your credit card payment when you receive your invoice. The full amount of the tip goes to the cleaner. If you have any questions about this, please call us (727-331-1275).

Koller does not provide carpet cleaning. We only vacuum the carpet with a regular vacuum.
