​We're here to answer the questions you have and to provide you with the best service possible!

  • Do I need a deep clean?
    If it's your first time getting a professional cleaning or it has been a while, a deep cleaning is advisable. Our cleaning estimates are tailored to the size of your home and its current state. The Deep Cleaning Package differs from our standard offerings primarily in the detailed attention we give to your home's vertical surfaces. These include baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, the exteriors of cabinets and drawers, light fixtures, and doors. Upon request, interior appliance cleaning can also be included in your deep cleaning service.
  • What if I have to cancel?
    In case of an emergency requiring you to cancel your cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of $125 will apply if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    We appreciate it and think it's important to be there especially for a first time visit, but it is not obligated. If you’re a regular don’t forget to add notes on how to access the home and parking.
  • How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?
    We require that first-time customers or their representatives be present at the property during the service to prevent any dissatisfaction. By being there upon completion, we ensure your satisfaction with our work before we depart from your home. Should you find any issues after our cleaners have left, you have 24 hours to notify us, and we will dispatch a cleaner or a supervisor to re-clean the specified area at no additional charge in the next 24 hours.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Koller Cleaning has insurance and Bond. We're protected up to 1 million dollars.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
    You don't need to buy cleaning supplies, our cleaners will bring all supplies and equipment.
  • Should I tip?
    You can give cash directly to your cleaner or add it to your credit card payment when you receive your invoice. The full amount of the tip goes to the cleaner. If you have any questions about this, please call us (727-331-1275).
  • Should I skip my vacation cleaning?
    Please provide us with advance notice. You may choose to either skip or reschedule as you prefer.
  • What happens if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?
    When your appointment falls on a federal holiday, we may ask in advance to change the day and time.
  • Am I liable for employment taxes, workers' compensation, or insurance?
    We handle all personal liability pertaining to social security taxes and work-related injuries. Rest assure, we’re fully licensed and insured.
  • Do you offer different cleaning packages and costs?
    Yes, we offer different cleaning packages. Whether you're looking for a one-time service or ongoing Post construction professional cleaning, we have a package that will meet your needs. Find more at Services
  • How can I know my cleaning team will do a good job?
    The cleaners who clean your property become professionals, and we take great pride in that! Each of our cleaners undergoes intensive hands-on training, which teaches them the KOLLER systems that make us as successful as we are. Lastly, each of our housekeepers is bonded, insured, and thoroughly background-checked before being hired. Koller is always attentive to details especially as we know that we are inside of your home. We have incentives that make every cleaning successful and everyone proud to make it work for many consecutive years. Koller is more than a cleaning company, we are a team!
  • What's included in a One Time Cleaning?
    We offer 2 options of One Time Cleaning : 1 ) REGULAR CLEANING : All Floors vacuumed + mopped, Dusting of the entire home, Bathrooms: tub, toilet and sink area thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, backsplash, sink area, spot cleaning the outside of cabinets Small Appliances (Microwave, coffee machine) In and Out. Bigger Appliances only outside (Fridge, Oven) but inside can be added as options. Baseboards Blinds 2 ) DEEP CLEANING : ( for furnished homes) All items on Regular Cleaning +Windows inside +Sliding Glass Doors + Doors * For empty houses prefer the move in move out package.
  • How long should my one-time cleaning take?
    The duration of cleaning services varies depending on the property and services reserved. Typically, for our standard package, a single cleaner would take approximately 4 hours to clean a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom property, whereas a team of two can complete it in about 2 hours.
  • Are my valuables safe?
    Security is an important concern for us. We take great measures in our screening process to ensure that every new hire is a known quantity. We also have third-party bonding which protects you against employee dishonesty. Nonetheless, we want to avoid any situations in which a question may arise about the misplacement of an item. So, we ask that you take reasonable care to place items of value such as cash, purses, or jewelry in appropriate locations (i.e. a Rolex should be in a drawer or safe, wallets/money or bags should be tucked in a drawer).
  • Does one time cleaning include laundry?
    Our residential cleaning packages DOES NOT include laundry. KOLLER is only specialized in rental properties laundry services
  • What's included in Move in and moving out cleaning?
    Move in or move out cleaning: All Floors vacuumed + mopped Dusting of the entire home Bathrooms: tub, toilet and sink area thoroughly cleaned and disinfected Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, backsplash, sink area, spot cleaning the outside of cabinets Baseboards Blinds Inside cabinets Ceiling fans Windows and sliding glassdoors inside the house We do not clean tile and grout or windows outside the house*
  • Do I need a Move in Cleaning?
    If your house is empty and you are moving into a new home, we sure do recommend that type of cleaning. A move-in Cleaning is a more detail service that includes top-to-bottom services.
  • Do you offer green or eco-friendly cleaning for Move-out Cleaning?
    Many of our cleaning products are green cleaning products, but, if these gentle liquids aren’t enough to complete the job, we will use stronger, non-green ones. Please let us know if you would like to limit our products to green only or you can provide your own preferrable supplies.
  • What's included in a construction cleaning?

  • How do you clean up after construction?
    Our Post Construction and Heavy Duty cleaning is our biggest and most thorough clean. It includes the entire home top to bottom. From removing debris, vacuuming the the entire floors and cleaning disinfecting all surfaces and walls.
  • What's the Vacation Rental Cleaning?
    After many years in business, Koller understands that a rental property is also a business that could be a challenge, even for a short-term rental the cleaning part is crucial in between turnovers. We designed special services for our business customers. We offer a deep cleaning every single visit for long and short-term rental We offer 2 options of Vacation Rental Cleaning: 1 ) CLEANING with Laundry Package: All Floors vacuumed + mopped, Dusting of the entire home (including blinds, sills, baseboards...) Bathrooms: tub, toilet and sink area thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, backsplash, and sink area, spot-cleaning the outside of cabinets and organizing the inside of cabinets Small Appliances in and Out (Microwave, coffee machine) Bigger Appliances in and Out (Fridge, Oven) Laundry Services with Pick up and drop off system (Professional laundry services) 2 ) CLEANING without laundry Package: All items Above We will use your clean linens (we indicate at least 2 sets of linens for each bed/ guest) * For empty houses prefer the move-in move-out pack.
  • What's included in a recurring cleaning?
    We offer 2 options of Recurring Cleaning : 1 ) REGULAR CLEANING: All Floors vacuumed + mopped, Dusting of the entire home, Bathrooms: tub, toilet and sink area thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, backsplash, sink area, spot cleaning the outside of cabinets Small Appliances (Microwave, coffee machine) In and Out. Bigger Appliances only outside (Fridge, Oven) but inside can be added as options. 2 ) DEEP CLEANING: All items on Regular Cleaning + Baseboards + Blinds + Doors * For empty houses prefer the move in move out pack.

  • What are Koller Cleaning Terms and Conditions?
    BY BOOKING WITH US, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT By accepting a professional cleaning service appointment and agreeing to a service provided by www.KollerCleaningServices.com the client agrees to accept Koller Cleaning Home Services, Inc. general terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions, together with our email/letter of confirmation and our cleaning schedule, constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and no other representation or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon the parties. If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. If you are unsure about any point within these terms and conditions, please contact us for clarification. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event that the terms and conditions change, we will notify you in writing. We stand by our service! If you’d like to cancel for any reason whatsoever, just call anytime to end service. Koller Cleaning Home Services, Inc. contract does not lock you in a long-term contract. Provide 24-hour notice to cancel service. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel any of your cleanings. We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. Without a 24-hour notice, you will be liable for a $125 cancellation fee. We offer a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee for all Customers. If you are not satisfied with any area of your home, just call us within 24 hours of your services and we’ll schedule a return to clean those areas for free. No refunds will be provided unless a reclean is performed. Time of Cleaning. While Koller Cleaning reserves the right to adjust timing in order to best fit its own schedule, Koller Cleaning will provide time estimates as follows 8:30 am (first in the morning), 12pm (midday ), and 3 pm (afternoon). These estimates are subject to change based on schedule and availability. Koller Cleaning works Monday to Friday between 8 am to 6 pm and Saturdays between 8 am and 1 pm. Payment Policy. Payment shall be pursuant to the terms of the Credit Card Use Authorization below. Payments for scheduled cleanings will be processed following the completion of the cleaning. Payments for fees authorized herein will be processed when the fee is incurred. Koller Cleaning shall have the right to increase prices by the change in the CPI or equivalent index selected at Koller Cleaning sole discretion. You are responsible for all costs of collection on unpaid amounts and unpaid amounts will accrue interest at 1.5%. Credit Card Use Authorization. By providing Your credit or debit card (Your Card) on the Order Confirmation, You agree Your Card will be charged on the date of any scheduled cleaning and for any charge or payment allowed by these Terms. You agree to pay in accordance with the agreement governing the use of Your Card. You hereby authorize Koller Cleaning to charge Your Card on record for the amount of all recurring cleanings authorized herein, and for any charge or payment allowed by these Terms, including, but not limited to, the Cancellation Fee as defined herein. If at any time Your Card is no longer valid, You agree to provide valid credit card information to Koller Cleaning at least one (1) business day before Your next scheduled cleaning. Koller Cleaning will not perform service until one (1) business day following its receipt of valid credit card information. By accepting these Terms, You agree You have read and agree to be bound by same. You hereby certify You are the authorized user of the Card and You will not dispute payments with Your Card company, so long as the transactions are in accordance with these Terms. You understand this authorization will remain in effect until You cancel it in writing, and You agree to notify Koller Cleaning in writing of the termination of this authorization. The cost of services includes the provision of reasonable supplies and equipment being provided by our company. Our teams are instructed to follow the requirements for the cleaning they are conducting. If you would like an additional service performed please contact our office at least one business day in advance so we can schedule the additional work. Changes in scheduling could create changes in fees. Be advised that if the professional house cleaners are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent in the home. Distractions include pets, third parties, or contractors interfering with the professional house cleaners’ duties. If for any reason a cleaner of Koller Cleaning feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the customer, or others at the job site. The customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job. We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that was there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the customer's negligence. Access to Home. You are responsible for providing Koller Cleaning access to Your home at the agreed day and time of each cleaning. If Koller Cleaning is not able to access your home on the date of cleaning, the Late Cancellation Fee will be charged immediately. If Your home has an alarm, you must provide Koller Cleaning with a current alarm deactivation code and detailed instructions for disarming it. Koller Cleaning is not responsible for any charges from local authorities regarding an activated alarm that Koller Cleaning is not able to disarm. If You have provided Koller Cleaning with a key to Your home, You must provide written instructions regarding the treatment of the key in Koller Cleaning custody and instructions on the disposition of the key following the termination of services. If no instructions are given, Koller Cleaning will retain the key and keep it in a secured location. Upon termination, if no instructions are given, Koller Cleaning will destroy the key. Theft. Koller Cleaning Home Services, Inc understands there is a level of trust in allowing our cleaners into Your home and takes the safety of Your belongings seriously. Complying with Koller Cleaning's policy on storing valuables will provide peace of mind for all parties. In the unlikely event, You are unable to locate a valuable item following a cleaning, Koller Cleaning asks you to do a thorough search of Your home, as often an item may have been moved during cleaning or misplaced. If, following a thorough search, You believe an item has been stolen, Koller Cleaning will cooperate will all criminal investigations regarding the missing item(s). Non-Solicitation. Koller Cleaning takes great care in recruitment, hiring, and training our team of cleaners. As part of their subcontractor agreements, the cleaners agree not to provide cleaning services to Koller Cleaning clients. You agree not to hire any cleaner on an individual basis to provide cleaning services without contacting Koller Team directly. Koller Cleaning estimates its referral fee to be $3000.00. Pets. Please make sure all pets have been secured for their safety, as well as the safety of the cleaners. Koller Cleaning also requests the customer pick up Your pets before the cleaners arrive. Koller Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping or injured. Koller Cleaning reserves the right to not clean your home, should pets not be properly secured. The client agrees to notify Koller Cleaning Home Services, Inc if any person in the household is suspected of contracting an infectious disease. This notification must be as early as possible, but at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Koller Cleaning reserves the right to cancel cleans under such circumstances. Termination/Refusal of Service. Koller Cleaning may, at its own discretion, terminate this Agreement at any time during the term of the Agreement. Koller Cleaning reserves the right to refuse to provide service at its entire discretion. Entire Agreement/Severability. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall supersede any prior discussions or agreements between the parties. Any amendment of this Agreement must be in writing. Should any provision of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Koller Cleaning has the right to revise this Agreement upon notice to You should there be a change in the law that requires a change herein. This Agreement shall not be assignable by You. Limitation of Liability. Koller Cleaning carries insurance for damage or breakage in Your home caused by the negligence of the Koller Cleaning team. Koller Cleaning is not liable for damage or breakage that is caused by normal wear and tear; improper installation of an item(s); or artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued over $200 that are not disclosed previously to Koller Cleaning in writing. It is your responsibility to inspect Your home following any cleaning. You must notify Koller Cleaning in writing within 24 hours of any cleaning of any alleged damage or breakage caused by Koller Cleaning that occurred during such cleaning. Koller Cleaning agrees to investigate the matter, and if determined to be at fault, will submit the claim to its insurance carrier. Koller Cleaning's obligation is limited to timely submitting the claim to insurance and tendering of funds received from such a claim. Both parties agree to waive any right of subrogation on behalf of their respective insurance companies. Venue/Law/Arbitration. This agreement shall be interpreted based on the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflicts of law. Venue for any dispute regarding this agreement, the services provided hereunder, or otherwise between the parties shall be brought in Clearwater, Florida. Any claim, dispute, or controversy between the parties shall be resolved by binding arbitration between the parties pursuant to the Florida Arbitration Act and Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties waive the right to bring a class action or multiple parties and waive the right to punitive, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages. Our purpose is to ensure you have a clean home. Therefore, payment is for the service provided and based on the amount of time your cleaning team spends at your home. We want our team to focus on ensuring your property is professionally clean.
