Adapting During 2019 - A Challenge

In 2019, amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic, we chose to keep our doors open and continued responding to service calls. Understanding the challenges families and businesses faced, Lila Barbara Ana's daughter recognized that Koller was more than just a family-owned business—it was an essential lifeline.

We took proactive measures, emphasizing our commitment to "health care" principles and training our team to create cleaner, safer environments that enhance quality of life. A Brazilian immigrant who arrived in Florida with little more than determination. Ana built her reputation one spotless home at a time, using her sales savvy and map-reading skills to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service—always with a warm smile, passion and sense of humor. Ana is a rock who always brings her passion and dedication to support the team.

Lila Barbara, Owner and Operations Manager at Koller

After earning her bachelor’s degree in communication and Publicity, Lila Barbara spent five years living in Portugal. In 2013, Ana’s daughter joined the family business in Clearwater, bringing her passion for innovation, growth, and community. She introduced fresh ideas, built strategic partnerships, and developed a new vision to expand their reach while maintaining quality.
